I think my resolution is to get my family on firmer ground. I want to find better money this year, a new place to live, and lose some weight. On top of that I want to spend more actual quality time with them, because I feel like I don't spend enough time with them as it is. I got a lot on my plate.......

I'm going to start personal training this year, I moved up to maine to get certified (my mom owns a gym up here so i'm living with her). I'm also hoping to get a good bartending job and to make some good cash this year. I've also contacted a couple of dog sledders to persue my interest in that sport. If i can find a mentor, I could even have my own racing team and sign up for some sled races, pretty cool imo. And I'm also trying to get into better shape, like always, I'm going to try to hit 170 pounds this year with around 8% BF (right now i'm 160 with 13%bf) So that's going to be fun.

Oatz you can easily hit 170 with 8%Bf... just eat healthy and lift constantly when you are not doing anything, work out at your moms gym constantly and you will start losing body fat but at the same time gaining a ton of muscle mass. I use to do it in wrestling back in highschool and each year i would go up a good 10 pounds just from all the exercising and lifting that i did during wrestling season... i think i was around 6-7% body fat my whole highschool wrestling career... apparently the doc said that it was healthy and that i could drop up to 5 pounds to make my weight class... hehe.
I need to start lifting again.

Yeah that's what I'm hoping, I was going to aim for 175 for this year, but it's hard to gain mass for me on account of I naturally don't have many muscle fibers. But yeah, that's the game plan, hitting up the gym every chance I can, only resting when my body needs it to recover. Keep in mind though, in high school you we're loaded with more testosterone then you'll ever have (unless you inject it lol). And even though I'm 21 and still have a good amount flowing through my body, it's not as much as when a few years ago. I used to wrestle too actually, but not for the school team. I've been wanting to get into a jiu jitsu / mauyi thai gym too lately, that shit looks like a blast

I'll donate some weight to ya. My problem is mass. I got plenty of mass and muscle. But when I work out I gain weight and lose size defeating the purpose. So I have to run/walk like a bitch to lose anything because anything else I do I end up getting competitive with myself and start building muscle....
